Who is eligible for the Purple Fridays Offer?
The offer is only valid for DD PERKS member who pay with their enrolled DD Card (physical card or virtual card on the NEW Dunkin’ Mobile App) on Purple Fridays throughout football season at a participating Greater Baltimore and Salisbury Dunkin’ Donuts location. (Please note: If your DD PERKS account is enrolled using a zip code outside of the Greater Baltimore or Salisbury region, the Purple Fridays offer will not be shown in your list of PERKS coupons. You will, however, still receive the in-transaction discount for the free donut offer.) This offer will be available only on the “new” DD App. If you still maintain use of the old DD app, please note that you will need to download the new DD App in order to redeem.

Dunkin’ Donuts of Greater Baltimore and Salisbury serves the following counties: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carroll, Cecil, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Dorchester, Somerset, Sussex, Wicomico, Worchester.
How do I redeem my “Purple Fridays” offer?
The offer is only active on the DD PERKS member’s enrolled DD Card. Present your PERKS-enrolled DD card (physical card or virtual card on the NEW Dunkin’ Mobile App) to the DD crew member. At this time, the PERKS-enrolled DD card will be swiped/scanned, and the offer will be automatically redeemed.
Where will the offer appear?
DD PERKS Members will see this offer in the list of PERKS offers on their NEW Dunkin’ Mobile® App and on their DD PERKS web page. It will appear as a “PERKS Offer.” If a guest is not a DD PERKS member, the offer will not appear in either place. To become a DD PERKS member, please see enrollment instructions below. (Please note: If your DD PERKS account is enrolled using a zip code outside of the Greater Baltimore or Salisbury region, the Purple Fridays offer will not be shown in your list of PERKS coupons. You will, however, still receive the in-transaction discount for the free coffee offer.)
How will the offer be accepted at the register?
This offer is only valid to guests enrolled in DD PERKS. Members will receive their in-transaction discount once the DD crew member swipes/scans their DD PERKS-enrolled card (either physical or through the DD Mobile® App).
Can I redeem this offer for a product other than a Classic Donut?
No, there are no substitutions. Additionally, Fancies, Squares and Croissant Donuts are excluded from this offer.
Can I redeem this offer more than one time?
No, this is a single use offer for Purple Fridays throughout football season.
How long is the offer valid?
The Purple Fridays Free Donut offer is only valid for 24 hours on the designated Purple Friday.
I am not enrolled in DD PERKS. How do I become a DD PERKS member?
Through the NEW DD Mobile App:
- Download the New Dunkin’ Mobile App
- Enroll any DD Card (plastic or mobile) in Perks through the app.
- Get a DD Card at any DD location or through DDPerks.com
- Enroll your card online
You’ll score a free beverage just for enrolling PLUS you’ll start earning points for every DD purchase. New members can also use promo code DDRAVENS when you enroll to earn 100 bonus point. Please note: In order to activate your PERKS card, you must initially add a value of $2 or more.
If I register for DD PERKS on a Purple Friday, will I receive the offer immediately?
Yes, you will receive the offer automatically upon enrolling. While it may take a few minutes, you should receive it soon after your enrollment has been processed.
I believe I am a DD PERKS member, but why was I charged full price when my card was scanned?
Make sure to log onto DDPERKS.com to enroll your Dunkin’ card in DD PERKS. After your card has been enrolled, you will be eligible to receive the offer for the FREE Classic Donut on Purple Fridays if you redeem the offer at a Greater Baltimore or Salisbury-area Dunkin’ Donuts location.
If you are indeed a PERKS Member, please contact the DD PERKS Help Line and provide them with the transaction Support Code. It is a 6 digit number found on your receipt. This support code will help us to look up your transaction data and better understand your situation.
I am a DD PERKS member, and I order On-The-Go? Will I be able to redeem the free donut offer on Purple Fridays through On- The-Go ordering?
Yes! As a DD PERKS member you will receive the Purple Fridays offer even when you place your On-The-Go order. If you order a Classic Donut and a Large or Extra Large beverage via On-The-Go ordering using your PERKS-enrolled DD Card. Please note that you must carry a balance sufficient enough to cover the full cost of your order. You will not, however, be charged for your Free Donut. This will be discounted at checkout.
How can I download the new Dunkin’ Mobile App?
1. Click on your App Store icon
2. Select the search bar at the bottom of your screen
3. Type Dunkin’ Donuts in the search bar
4. Click Search
5. Select the “New Dunkin’ Donuts” App
6. Click “Get”
7. Click “Install”
8. Once the App has finished downloading, the INSTALL button will say OPEN. Click Open and your New DD App will open.
For Android Users:
1. Go to phone settings > Personal > Privacy and safety
2. Turn Location Services or Location access ON
3. From this screen, you can toggle on or off any of the location services your phone offers including your carriers and Google’s location services, plus standalone GPS services.
4. Return to your NEW Dunkin’ Mobile App.
5. Click DD Perks
6. Click on the RAVENS offer & hit “Redeem” once you are at the counter. The crew member can then scan your offer. Enjoy!
